This policy applies to purchases made through the LAVAREDO online store (lavaredo.odoo.com/shop), operated by SIAM ART MARBLE CO., LTD. (“LAVAREDO”, “we”, “us”). All prices are shown and charged in Thai Baht (THB). Please read this policy before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

A note on our products

LAVAREDO products fall into two categories, and different terms apply to each:

  • Stock / ready-made items — accessories, hardware, and other standard products held in inventory.
  • Custom / made-to-order items — kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, countertops, joinery, and any product manufactured, cut, finished, or built to your specifications. Because these are produced specifically for you, they are treated differently for cancellation and refunds.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Coverage: We deliver within Thailand. For delivery or installation outside our standard service areas, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and cost.

Processing & lead times:

  • Stock items are typically dispatched within [X] business days of payment confirmation.
  • Custom / made-to-order items require a production period that depends on the scope of the project. An estimated completion and delivery date will be confirmed in your order or quotation, typically [X–X weeks].

Delivery and installation charges: Delivery fees (and installation charges, where applicable) are calculated based on your location and the size of the order. These will be shown at checkout or confirmed in your quotation before payment.

Scheduling: For large items and installations, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date.

Inspection on receipt: Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If any item is missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged, note it with the delivery team and contact us within [X] days of receipt so we can resolve it promptly.

Risk and title: Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

2. Cancellation

Stock / ready-made items: You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return and refund terms in Section 3 apply.

Custom / made-to-order items: You may cancel before production begins for a full refund. Once materials have been ordered or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled free of charge, as the goods are made specifically for you. In that case, any deposit and costs already incurred (materials, labour, design work) are non-refundable, and we will confirm the cancellation amount in writing.

How to cancel: Send a cancellation request by email or phone (details above) with your order number. The cancellation takes effect when we acknowledge it.

3. Returns & Refunds

Stock / ready-made items: You may request a return within [X] days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Custom / made-to-order items: Because these are produced to your specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged on arrival, or do not match the agreed specification.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If any item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within [X] days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will, at our discretion and at no cost to you, repair, replace, or refund the affected item.

Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Omise / Opn Payments). Please allow [X] business days for the refund to be processed, after which the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Non-refundable: Deposits and costs already incurred on cancelled custom orders (see Section 2), delivery / installation fees once the service has been performed, and any item not eligible under the terms above.

4. Warranty

LAVAREDO products are covered by our standard manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. To activate and view your warranty terms, please register your product at our warranty registration page. Warranty claims are separate from the return / refund process in Section 3 and are handled through our Service Center.

5. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Thailand. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Thai law.
