1. Partnership Packages
• You must choose a tier: Silver / Gold / Platinum / Legend. The joining fee is non-refundable.

2. Commission Structure
• 15%: Use Lavaredo AI Home Software 10%: Use other design software 3%: Referral only (with your code) Commission is calculated before VAT and paid on the 5th of each month after full customer payment.
• 15%: ใช้โปรแกรม AI Home ของ Lavaredo 10%: ใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบอื่น 3%: แนะนำลูกค้า (ด้วยโค้ดของคุณ) ค่าคอมมิชชั่นคำนวณจากยอดก่อน VAT และจ่ายทุกวันที่ 5 ของเดือนถัดไปหลังจากลูกค้าชำระเงินครบถ้วน
3. Tax Responsibility
• 3% withholding tax will be deducted from commissions. You must file taxes according to Thai law. A withholding tax certificate will be issued.
• จะมีการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 3% จากค่าคอมมิชชั่น คุณต้องยื่นภาษีตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย และจะมีการออกหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย
4. Brand Usage
• You must follow Lavaredo’s branding guidelines. Unauthorized use of logo or designs may result in termination.
• คุณต้องปฏิบัติตามแนวทางการใช้แบรนด์ของ Lavaredo การใช้โลโก้หรือดีไซน์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต อาจส่งผลให้ถูกยกเลิกการเป็นพันธมิตร
5. Software & Design Use
• Lavaredo AI Home software is for Lavaredo projects only. Designs made with Lavaredo tools are Lavaredo’s property.
• ซอฟต์แวร์ AI Home ใช้สำหรับโครงการของ Lavaredo เท่านั้น แบบที่สร้างจากเครื่องมือของ Lavaredo ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินของ Lavaredo
6. Non-Exclusivity
• This agreement does not grant exclusive territory unless stated in writing.
• ข้อตกลงนี้ไม่ให้สิทธิ์เฉพาะในพื้นที่ใด ๆ เว้นแต่จะมีการระบุเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
7. Legal
• Governed by Thai law. Disputes will be handled in a Thai court.
• อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ จะได้รับการพิจารณาในศาลไทย
