Brand Usage and Representation

  • All partners must strictly adhere to the Lavaredo Brand Usage Guide
  • Unauthorized use of the Lavaredo brand name, logo, or any designs may result in termination of partnership without refund
Design Rights & Software Use
➕
  • All designs created using the AI Home system are considered intellectual property of Lavaredo
  • The software license is for client presentation use only and may not be used commercially or redistributed without authorization
Refund and Cancellation Policy
➕
  • The affiliate program fee is non-refundable once the service has started
  • Lavaredo reserves the right to suspend or terminate benefits if inactivity or breach of agreement is detected
Commission Payment
➕
  • Commissions are paid on the 5th of every month, after customer payment confirmation
  • Lavaredo reserves the right to revise the commission structure with at least 30 days' notice
Territorial Rights
➕
  • This agreement does not grant exclusive rights in any territory unless specifically stated in writing
Delivery and Installation
➕
  • Lavaredo will assist with coordination but is not liable for onsite issues caused by third parties
  • Retail prices may vary by region and can be adjusted based on actual transportation costs
Sales Target and Package Upgrade
➕
  • Partners must meet the minimum sales target according to their subscribed package (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Emerald)
  • If the target is not met within 12 months, Lavaredo reserves the right to downgrade the partner’s status
Legal Clause
➕
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by Thai law and fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts
